On one of his trips home to India, Ganesh became painfully aware of the environmental degradation that the country was grappling with and decided to make it his life’s mission to make a change by putting his scientific abilities to good use. Organica Biotech was founded in 2000 to bring this mission to life.
Widely known and respected for his commitment to a greener planet, Ganesh believes that if we don’t act now to implement sustainable, environmentally conscious solutions, our fragile, severely compromised ecosystems will pay the ultimate price.
He believes in giving back to the community individually and through Organica. Ganesh is an active member of prominent forums like the Indian Sanitation Coalition and the Agriculture Board of Maharashtra Chamber for Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture.
He is also a part of the Rho Chi Society (Pharmacy Honor Society), the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, and the Philadelphia Pharmaceutical Forum.
Ganesh is an active speaker who has presented at various national and international conferences. He uses online forums to make the world aware of the implications of the collective and ongoing neglect of our ecosystems.
He finds joy and fulfillment when he sees the positive implications of Organica’s technologies on the lives of people from varied spheres of life and industry. He believes we only have one planet, and it is our responsibility to protect it for future generations.

Passionate about the environment, Suman feels blessed to be part of a company that innovates remedial solutions from nature’s laboratory. She finds fulfillment working towards a cleaner and greener world.
She plays her part to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible – she has created structures within the finance and accounting departments to this effect.
She finds joy in working with an enthusiastic team of young people who feel as strongly as her about healing the earth. She is immensely proud of the team and their many successes.
Organica’s role in the Swachh Bharat campaign was therapy for her soul, as was the time a farmer expressed his gratitude with an invitation to lunch. Suman believes Organica is only getting started, and there is still a lot to be done and accomplished.

Krishnamoorthy joined Organica in 2013. He was responsible for setting up Organica’s agri-input retail network and for developing sustainable crop improvement models across various crops and geographies. His team of 25 is dedicated to supporting farmers and channel partners across the country.
He believes his thirst to deliver value in everything he does, coupled with the excitement of facing the challenges in establishing the value delivery, have propelled him to give his best always.
He is always excited to receive feedback from farmers about how Organica’s solutions help them succeed. He feels a deep sense of accomplishment that through Organica, he can improve the lifestyle of farmers.

Prafull joined us in 2015. He leads a team of scientists, researchers, and biotechnologists in what we refer to as our Inventions and Innovations team. Prafull was responsible for upgrading our DSIR-certified laboratory and fermentation pilot plant facility.
He collaborates with Universities, Research Institutes, and Government bodies on research projects and product approvals.
With his team, he drives research and innovation in all the application areas Organica is involved in, including agriculture, wastewater treatment, sanitation, animal health, aquaculture, and home and office products.
He is the driving force behind all the innovations that contribute to Organica’s IP products.
