Job Responsibilities:-

1. 1. Channel partner development – must possess an adequate network and must be able to build connections with the dealers and distributors in the Vidarbha & Marathwada market for our kind of product (biological products, Organica products).
   2. Channel sales – sales planning and revenue generation through channel partners in different districts of Vidarbha & Marathwada.
   3. Farmer connect – ability to develop rapport with local farmers, understand their crops, issues related to crops and suggest customised biological solutions for the same
   4. Conceptual selling – ability to understand the product overview and application to be able to sell concepts and solutions to address issues related to agriculture
   5. Team management – ability to lead and manage a team of field assistants to generate sales, monitor team performance and manage day to day team operations and work planning
