Business Unit: Marketing (Agriculture)

Job Specifications

  • Lead a team of dealers, field workers, marketing executives to achieve desired results in the regions pertaining to marketing of Organica products.
  • Responsible for preparation of sales, revenue budget and formulation of various sales/promotional strategies/brand building to enhance the sales of biofertilizers, microbe-based products etc.
  • Collection of payments and outstanding.
  • Training and educating the field staff working in different territories across the state for marketing activities.

Person Specifications

  • BSc/MSc in Agriculture, preferably an MBA (marketing) with around 10 years of proven track record and passion in concept selling in the agricultural domain.
  • Must possess hands on experience in the Agri-input industry with familiarity of regions across the states of Maharashtra / Madhya Pradesh and ability to handle Dealer Network seamlessly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Must be proficient in the usage of excel, power point, word, PPT and other advanced functions needed to prepare MIS, market intelligence reports, presentations etc.
  • Capability to liaise with State Government authorities/agricultural bodies/License authorities to ensure statutory compliance is on track.
