Sales Coordinator - Agriculture

Job Specifications

Designation – Sales Coordinator – Agriculture

Experience – 2 to 3 years (Experience working in Agri Inputs Industries is Mandatory)

Education – Graduate (Education in Agriculture will be added advantage)

Location – Mumbai

Reporting to – AVP – Agriculture Business

Job Role: 

  1. Should have Agri Inputs Industry Commercials and Effective Communication Skills.
  2. Coordination with Sales Team, Dealers, Related Departments in HO for all Administrative and Business needs.
  3. Should be Responsible for Account Receivables and Cost Management as per Policy.
  4. Monitoring the Field Staff with Regards to Reporting, Expenses, Payment Issues etc.
  5. Coordination for Execution of Orders, Dispatch of Goods, Payment Collection etc.
  6. Providing Administrative Support to MarketingTeam for New Product Launches, Package Designing, Pricing and Marketing Communication.
  7. Expertise in Knowledge of Agricultural Products and Sales Skills.
  8. Preparing Documents and Presentations for Quarterly , Half-Yearly and Yearly Review Meetings.
  9. Handling Related Operations to Achieve Above Objectives.

 

Specifications:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Team Management
  • Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Mail Merging etc.)
