- Lead a team of product executives responsible for overall marketing support for the product.
- Strategies to develop and strengthen the presence of Organica Biotech, brand and leadership through effective participation in various media / exhibitions / seminars and industry forums.
- Grow exponentially qualified leads in the Sales pipeline.
- Co-ordinate with the sales team to achieve higher conversion ratios.
- Conceptualise, preparation and presentation of regular reports that help management in decision making.
- Any graduate good at Marketing Management
- Knowledge to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer for developing online & offline content will be an added advantage
- 4-6 years experience in marketing of biotech/agro/food/chemicals/FMCG preferred
- Leadership & team building abilities
- English language excellence & IT skills
