MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER - MARKETING & OPERATIONS

Business Unit: Marketing

Lead a team of product executives responsible for overall marketing support for the product.
Strategies to develop and strengthen the presence of Organica Biotech, brand and leadership through effective participation in various media / exhibitions / seminars and industry forums.
Grow exponentially qualified leads in the Sales pipeline.
Co-ordinate with the sales team to achieve higher conversion ratios.
Conceptualise, preparation and presentation of regular reports that help management in decision making.

Any graduate good at Marketing Management
Knowledge to digital and direct response marketing
Competence as a creative writer for developing online & offline content will be an added advantage
4-6 years experience in marketing of biotech/agro/food/chemicals/FMCG preferred
Leadership & team building abilities
English language excellence & IT skills
