PhD in Microbiology/Biotechnology with upto 2 years of experience, proficiency in advanced microbiological techniques, familiarity with GLP practices, advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, planning and organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, decision making, judgment and problem solving, leadership and team building, proactiveness and accountability.

Conceptualisation, designing, planning and execution of projects in the department. Should be well versed with conducting literature reviews, writing scientific publications and project grants. Coordination with the marketing and sales teams to understand and work upon real-time issues faced in the field. Creation of and compliance with Standard Operating procedures. Training and supervision of project trainees and team members. Inventory management and administrative duties in the department.
